This website is operated by NodraTech (the data controller for website data). Contact: hello@nodratech.com. This policy covers the website only; data processed by Nodra during customer audits is governed by the customer contract and data processing agreement.

What we collect on this website

Contact and meeting forms: name, work email, company, company size and your message. We use this data to respond to your request and, where you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.

Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use form submissions for unsolicited marketing lists. We keep analytics minimal and privacy-respecting.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's standard short retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to hello@nodratech.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
