The Automation Opportunity Map
Not a report to read. A backlog to execute: every opportunity found, scored and sequenced, with the hours it gives back.
The map becomes your transformation backlog
Management stops asking "where should we use AI?" and starts choosing from evidence. A typical map answer sounds like: here are your 17 opportunities, start with these 3.
What each entry contains
The observed workflow, the teams affected, measured time per occurrence, annual recoverable hours, an implementation difficulty rating, and a plain-language description of the suggested automation.
Your first Opportunity Map is one audit away.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Automation Opportunity Map?
The Automation Opportunity Map is Nodra's main deliverable: a prioritized backlog of every inefficiency and automation candidate found during the audit. Each entry is scored by impact, frequency, people affected and implementation feasibility, with estimated recoverable hours per year.
How are opportunities prioritized?
Each opportunity gets a priority score from four factors: business impact, how often the task occurs, how many people repeat it, and how feasible the automation is. High-impact, high-frequency, low-difficulty items rank first, so early wins fund the harder ones.
Is the map tied to a specific automation vendor?
No. The map describes the opportunity, not a product. Your team, NodraTech or any integrator can implement the items with the tools that fit your stack.
How is the estimated value calculated?
Value comes from observed data: measured time per occurrence, measured frequency, and the number of people repeating the task. Estimates are conservative by method, and after implementation Nodra re-measures to verify the real gain.
