Workflow intelligence for financial services
Back offices run on repeated digital processes performed by many people. That is exactly where hidden inefficiency multiplies fastest.
Financial operations teams live between core systems, spreadsheets and email. The systems are audited, but the manual glue between them is invisible: exports, re-keying, checks done by eye, reports assembled by hand.
Regulatory pressure adds process steps every year and removes almost none. Nobody owns the accumulated workflow debt, because nobody can see it.
Where the hours hide
Reconciliation and exception handling
Cross-system checks that follow the same pattern dozens of times per day are prime automation candidates once measured.
Periodic reporting
Monthly and quarterly packs assembled from the same six sources by the same people are measurable, repeatable and automatable.
Client onboarding and KYC operations
Document collection, data entry into multiple systems and status chasing consume hours that observation makes visible.
The multiplier, in your numbers
A reconciliation step that takes 9 minutes, repeated 6 times a day across a 25-person operations team:
9 min x 6 runs x 25 people x 220 days = about 4,950 hours per year
Illustrative example. Your audit reports measured values.
Confidentiality by architecture
Nodra's privacy-first architecture matters here: data minimization at the source, pseudonymization, encryption, tenant isolation and configurable retention on EU cloud infrastructure. Private and Enterprise tiers provide dedicated environments for stricter vendor assessments.

Frequently asked questions
Can Nodra run under our outsourcing and vendor policies?
Nodra Enterprise ships with the documentation pack security and procurement teams need: architecture, data flow, retention, subprocessors and incident response. Dedicated single-tenant deployment is available where policy requires it.
Does Nodra see transaction data?
No. The agent observes workflow shape, such as application category and duration, and strips content on the device. Transaction values, client names and document text are excluded by design.
Which teams benefit first in financial services?
Operations and back-office teams with 15 or more people running daily reconciliation, reporting or onboarding workflows usually show the largest measurable recoverable hours in the first audit.
