Are you monitoring our employees?
No. Nodra is designed to analyze processes, not to evaluate individual performance. Data is minimized and pseudonymized on the device, and insights are aggregated at the process level. Projects are configured with you to respect applicable policies and regulations.
Where is our data?
On cloud infrastructure in EU data centers. Standard runs in a logically isolated multi-tenant environment; Private and Enterprise run on a backend dedicated to your organization.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and application-level encryption for sensitive datasets, with per-tenant keys stored separately from data. Exact controls per tier are documented in your contract, not left to marketing adjectives.
What happens if a server fails?
Our infrastructure maintains machine-level and data-level backups with tested restore procedures. Enterprise tiers can add immutable backup, replicas and disaster recovery with agreed recovery objectives.
Do AI providers see our raw data?
No. Raw data stays inside the Nodra environment. Identifiers are removed and data is aggregated before any AI-assisted analysis, providers are bound by data processing agreements, and Enterprise customers can require EU-region processing.
Is Nodra GDPR compliant?
Nodra is designed to support GDPR-aligned deployments through minimization, pseudonymization, encryption, retention controls and documentation. Compliance of a specific deployment also depends on purpose, legal basis and your configuration, which we work through with your advisors rather than waving away.
How long does an audit take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks of collection plus analysis and reporting. First findings usually appear during the collection window.
What size company does Nodra fit?
The multiplier effect makes 20 or more workstations the sweet spot, because inefficiencies repeated by many people dominate the findings. Smaller teams fit when their processes are repetitive and high-volume.
Can we implement the automations ourselves?
Yes. The Opportunity Map is tool-agnostic and written so any competent developer or integrator can execute it. NodraTech offers implementation, and it is optional.
What happens to our data when we leave?
Offboarding is procedural: ingestion stops, agreed exports are delivered, keys and production data are deleted, backups expire per retention, and you receive evidence of deletion. On Private and Enterprise this is a formal deliverable.
