Find the automation opportunities nobody thought to look for.

Nodra studies how work actually happens across your company and turns that data into a prioritized automation roadmap.

You analyze your customers. You analyze your competitors. You analyze your finances. Now analyze how your company actually works.

Every desk produces data. Almost nobody reads it.

Work moves between applications all day. Nodra measures those paths and surfaces the repetitions worth automating.

Move the pointer over the map to read the traffic on each path.

From raw workdays to a decision-ready roadmap

Your automation strategy should not depend on someone having a good idea in a meeting. Nodra replaces guesswork with observed data.

Deploy the agent

A lightweight agent installs centrally on the computers in scope. It minimizes and pseudonymizes events on the device before anything leaves it.

Nodra finds the patterns

Weeks of real workflow data reveal the repeated steps, constant tool switching and waiting time that nobody reports.

Get your Opportunity Map

You receive a prioritized automation backlog: what to automate, in what order, and how many hours each fix recovers.

Privacy by architecture

Built to see processes, not people

Nodra is engineered so that unnecessary personal data never reaches the backend in the first place.

Data minimization at the source

The agent strips content, names and identifiers on the device. What travels is the shape of the work: application category, process, duration. Not what was written or who wrote it.

Pseudonymized by default

Devices and users become opaque codes before transmission.

Aggregated insights

Reports describe processes and teams, not individuals.

European cloud infrastructure

Hosted on top-tier cloud infrastructure in Italy and Germany, with bank-level encryption in transit and at rest, and configurable retention.

Measured before and after

Nodra keeps the baseline and re-measures after implementation, so ROI is verified by measurement.

"On the first day of testing Nodra on my own workstation, it found two automations I would never have thought of, because they required coding skills that were beyond my expertise. They now save me about 30 minutes every day!"

Frequently asked questions

What is Nodra?

Nodra is a workflow intelligence service by NodraTech. A lightweight agent observes how digital work actually happens across your company, minimizes and pseudonymizes the data, and turns it into a prioritized list of automation opportunities called the Automation Opportunity Map.

Is Nodra an employee monitoring tool?

No. Nodra is designed to analyze processes, not to evaluate individual performance. Data is minimized at the source, identifiers are pseudonymized, and insights are aggregated at the process level. The goal is to fix workflows, not to watch people.

How long does a Nodra audit take?

A typical audit runs 2 to 4 weeks of data collection, followed by analysis and reporting. You receive early findings during collection and the full Automation Opportunity Map at the end.

Where is our data stored?

Nodra runs on cloud infrastructure in EU data centers. Standard uses a logically isolated multi-tenant environment. Private and Enterprise run on a backend dedicated to your organization.

What do we get at the end of the audit?

You get the Automation Opportunity Map: every inefficiency and automation candidate found, scored by impact, frequency, people affected, and feasibility, plus a recommended starting sequence and estimated recoverable hours.
