No platform to learn. We show you where to start.

A lightweight agent observes how work flows across your company's computers. Our analysts verify what it finds and walk you through it in a meeting. After the change, we measure again.

Before we start: one scope, one install

First

We agree the scope

Together we choose the teams, the computers and the observation period, usually a few weeks, plus the data profile and who does what.

Then

Your IT installs the agent

We prepare an install link for your company and your IT deploys the Windows agent through its usual software distribution. No integrations with your systems, no change in how people work.

01

Observe how work flows

A lightweight agent runs on your company's computers and records the shape of the work: which tools are used, for how long, and in what order. It runs in the background and nobody changes how they work.

Processes, not people.

The agent never reads what anyone types and takes no screenshots. Content stays where it is; only the shape of the work travels.

Excluded by design

These categories are not collected in any configuration.

  • Email and message content
  • Document text
  • Clipboard content
  • Passwords and credentials
  • Keystroke logging
  • Screenshots
  • Private browsing data
  • URLs with personal identifiers
02

Find the patterns that repeat

Day after day, patterns appear: repeated steps, constant switching between tools, long waiting times. Small on one computer, expensive when a whole team repeats them every day.

03

Explained in a meeting, not a dashboard

Our analysts verify every finding against the data, then walk you through it in a meeting: where time is lost, what it costs, and where to start. You receive the Automation Opportunity Map, a prioritized list you can act on.

Then you choose how to act

Not every fix needs AI. It can be a script, an integration, a shortcut or a larger automation.

We build it

We build it for your company

NodraTech designs and implements the automations from the Opportunity Map, starting where you choose, with whatever fits each case: a script, an integration or an AI workflow. Quoted per project. Then we measure the same work again, so you see what changed.

You build it

You get the Blueprint and build it yourself

You receive the Opportunity Map with priorities and specifications: for each finding, the workflow, its volumes and a suggested way to automate it. It is tool-agnostic and written so your team or any integrator can carry it out, and we can still measure again afterwards to verify the gain.

04

Measure again after the change

After the change, Nodra measures the same work again, so you see the result: less time spent, more efficiency. If the gain is not there, you hear it from us first. You can keep measuring: periodic analysis finds new opportunities and catches regressions.

Find out where your team's time goes.

Book a meeting: in 30 minutes we check together whether an audit fits your company.

Frequently asked questions

How does Nodra work?

Four phases. A lightweight agent observes how work flows, the patterns that repeat are found in weeks of data, our analysts verify them and explain them in a meeting, and after the change Nodra measures again.

Is Nodra a software platform we have to learn?

No. The software is the tool our analysts use; there is no dashboard for your team to log into. You receive verified findings, a written report and a meeting.

What data does Nodra collect?

Nodra collects the minimum needed to understand processes: application category, activity type, duration, and process context, tied to pseudonymous device codes. Content such as email text, documents, passwords, keystrokes and screenshots is excluded by design.

Do employees know Nodra is running?

Yes. Nodra projects are set up transparently with the customer, including employee information where required. Transparency is part of the methodology: the goal is fixing workflows, and that works best when people are informed.

How long does observation take?

It is agreed with you before the install, based on the teams and the computers in scope. Usually a few weeks.
